Manager and staff is really help full i see the reviews but 40% nit true tThe manager and staff are very helpful. I've read the reviews, but 40% of them are not accurate. This hotel has been recently renovated, and I mentioned it should be on your must-visit list for its affordable rates, which include a full hot breakfast.

That every time I stay here I'm recognized and greeted with a warm welcoming smile. The front desk staff is also very cooperative with issues that seem to arise with every booking thru Priceline including waiving any unnecessary fees and speaking to the booking agent reps to correct the errors that occur when booking thru their app. Those acts of courtesy and professionalism in the end save me money which I'm grateful for.

I had made a mistake on the date I had booked my room was non-refundable but the first shift manager was great and fixed my dates for my booking. It was something that the manager didn't have to do due to it being my mistake. Thank you

The staff as time built up in knowing them they truly are good people ... They always made things right whenever and whatever.... I def will stay there again...

I like the fact, the fact the guy at front desk gave me bottom floor room like I asked with no issues.he was polite and accommodating.
